This site only collects what you type into it yourself. There is no customer account, no basket and no advertising profiling.

• Contact form and price enquiries — data: name, email address, phone (optional), message, the work or artist concerned, the page you wrote from. Purpose: answering and following up on your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and the gallery’s legitimate interest in replying.
• Newsletter — data: email address, first name (optional), the interests you selected, the date and page of your sign-up. Purpose: sending opening invitations and gallery news. Legal basis: your consent, collected by double opt-in and withdrawable at any time.
• Analytics — aggregated, anonymous figures (page views, referrer, device type). No individual identifier, no profile. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used.

• Contact and price enquiries: three years from the last exchange.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. The address is then deleted, and the proof of consent kept for three years after the end of the relationship, following CNIL guidance.
• Analytics: aggregated figures that cannot be traced back to a person.

Your data is handled by the gallery team and by no one else. It is hosted by Vercel Inc. and, for sending emails, processed by Brevo. These providers act as processors on the gallery’s instructions and make no other use of it. No data is ever sold, rented or passed on to a third party.

Some technical providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

You may at any time ask for:

• access to your data and a copy of it;
• correction of anything inaccurate;
• erasure;
• restriction of, or objection to, the processing;
• portability;
• withdrawal of your newsletter consent, in one click from every mailing;
• instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

Write to lisa.zonetroisgalerie@gmail.com to exercise them; you will get an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr.

This site sets no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no social-network cookie. Traffic is measured with Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free tool that collects no personal data. Strictly technical cookies may be used for the administration area, which is restricted to the gallery team. That is why you are shown no consent banner.

Exchanges with this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the enquiries received and to the mailing list is restricted to authorised members of the gallery, each with their own account.
